Abstract
The Etawa goat farming agribusiness has great potential in supporting the rural economy and meeting animal protein needs. However, the sustainability of this business still faces various challenges, particularly from ecological, economic, and social aspects. This study aims to evaluate the sustainability level of the Etawa goat farming agribusiness in Tunggul Village, Paciran District, Lamongan Regency, and to identify the sensitive factors that influence it. The research method used is a quantitative and descriptive approach with purposive sampling technique. Sustainability analysis was conducted using the Multi-Dimensional Scaling (MDS) method with the RAPFISH approach, which covers three dimensions of sustainability, namely ecology, economy, and society. Each dimension was analyzed based on a number of relevant attributes, then the sustainability index and status were determined. The results showed that the multidimensional sustainability of the Etawa goat agribusiness in Tunggul Village was in the moderately sustainable category. The economic dimension showed the highest sustainability index, followed by the social dimension, while the ecological dimension still needed more attention. Sensitive attributes that affect sustainability include the availability of forage, livestock waste management, fluctuations in milk prices, milk productivity, and the level of farmer participation in institutions. Based on these results, efforts to improve sustainability are needed through improved feed management, the implementation of environmentally friendly waste management, the strengthening of farmer institutions, and increased assistance and extension services. This study is expected to provide input for farmers and stakeholders in the development of a sustainable Etawa goat agribusiness. Keywords: Agribusiness, Sustainability, Etawa Goats, MDS, RAPFISH
