Abstract
This Internship Program (PKL) was motivated by issues in reporting alleged election violations at the Election Supervisory Board (Bawaslu) of Surabaya City. Before digitization, Form A, which is used by election supervisors to report alleged violations, was processed manually. This led to delays in data collection, recording errors, and inefficiencies in monitoring election violations in real-time. As an initial solution, this project focused on developing a web-based system to digitize Form A. The development utilized the Waterfall methodology, consisting of analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance stages. The system was designed to enable election supervisors to fill out, submit, and monitor violation reports in real-time. Additionally, it features search, reporting, and statistical analysis tools to aid in managing violation data. The result of this project is an effective and efficient Form A digitization system, capable of improving the speed and accuracy of reporting and handling election violations. This system will serve as a foundation for enhancing transparency, accountability, and the quality of election oversight at Bawaslu Surabaya.
