Abstract
PT Trans–Pacific Petrochemical Indotama (TPPI) is a prominent oil refinery company specializing in the production of petroleum-based chemicals and high-value aromatics. Its core product portfolio includes paraxylene, benzene, orthoxylene, heavy aromatics, and toluene, alongside essential petroleum fuels such as light naphtha, gas oil, and Motor Gasoline (Mogas). Operating since August 1, 2006, the company’s refinery plays a vital role in the industrial supply chain by providing raw materials for chemical manufacturing and specialized wholesale trade. Located in Tuban, East Java, the refinery is equipped with advanced processing capabilities, handling approximately 100,000 barrels of condensate and naphtha per day. Annually, the facility produces 600,000 tons of Paraxylene, 300,000 tons of Benzene, and 275,000 tons of Diesel (Solar). Furthermore, its daily output includes 66,000 barrels of Premium, 59,000 barrels of Pertamax, and up to 480 metric tons of LPG, establishing TPPI as a strategic pillar in Indonesia’s energy and petrochemical infrastructure.
