Abstract

The sales process and customer management of Siropen syrup products are still carried out manually through online communication media and simple record-keeping, resulting in customer and transaction data that are not systematically documented. This study aims to design and develop a web-based Sales Information System incorporating Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to support structured customer data management and sales interactions. The system is developed using the Personal Extreme Programming (PXP) method, which is suitable for single-developer projects and applies iterative phases of planning, design, implementation, and testing. The Laravel framework is used as the basis for system development. The developed system includes features for customer data management, transaction history, complaint handling, loyalty programs, notifications, and promotion management. System testing is conducted using Blackbox Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). The UAT results show an acceptance rate of 87%, indicating that the system operates according to functional requirements and is acceptable to users as a supporting system for managing sales activities and customer relationships.
