Abstract

TK Pratama is one of the formal educational institutions in Surabaya City that receives BOP PAUD budget allocations every semester. Routine budget receipts cause many items resulting from BOP PAUD budgeting funds to be uncontrolled because the inventory process and procurement planning for goods in BOP PAUD budgeting activities are still done manually. The lack of control over stored items has led to several goods being damaged or expired. To overcome this problem, it is necessary to build an inventory and procurement system that can monitor stock and record procurement planning for goods in TK Pratama Surabaya City. This study will combine 2 algorithms, FIFO (First In First Out) algorithm, which helps reduce quality degredation caused by too prolonged storage, and FEFO (First Expired First Out), which minimize the risk of items being unused due to expired has passed. The outcome of this research is an inventory and procurement planning system that facilities the control of item stock at TK Pratama Surabaya City, ensuring that damaged or expired items are no longer found as a result of unorganized warehouser.
