Abstract
ABSTRACT This study aims to analyse the impact of tourism development on the economy of the Jajar Tourism Village community in Trenggalek Regency. Tourism village development is carried out through a community-based tourism (CBT) approach with a focus on four aspects, namely community empowerment, community participation, preservation of social aspects, and economic benefits. The research method used a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 95 respondents who were involved in or affected by tourism activities. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to test the simultaneous and partial effects of the four variables. The results showed that simultaneously, all aspects of tourism development had a positive and significant effect on the community's economy. Partially, each variable also had a positive influence with varying degrees of significance. In general, tourism development in Jajar Village was proven to increase income, create jobs, and encourage the growth of community business opportunities.
