Abstract
Company size is an indicator used to measure the scale of a company. Large companies are often considered more attractive to investors because they usually possess more assets and higher revenues compared to smaller firms. This study investigates the effect of Liquidity, Profitability, and Leverage on Stock Returns, moderated by Company Size. This research employs a quantitative approach and focuses on Food and Beverage companies during the period 2020-2024. A purposive sampling technique was applied, resulting in a sample of 26 companies. Secondary data were obtained from www.idx.co.id. The analysis method used was Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA).The results indicate that Profitability and Leverage significantly contribute to Stock Returns, whereas Liquidity does not show a significant contribution. Company Size is found to moderate the effects of Liquidity on stock returns but does not moderate the effect of Profitability and Leverage.
