Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of competence, compensation, and work discipline on employee performance at CV. Baracks Laundry Kediri. The research employed a quantitative method with a descriptive approach and used Partial Least Squares (PLS) for data analysis. The results indicate that all three variables have a positive effect on employee performance, with competence being the most dominant factor. Employees who possess strong skills and a good understanding of their tasks demonstrate higher productivity. Fair compensation, particularly in the form of non-financial rewards, also contributes to improved performance. Work discipline, although having the smallest influence, remains essential for maintaining operational order. Together, the three variables explain 94.6% of the variation in employee performance. These findings highlight the importance of strategic human resource management in enhancing performance within the laundry service sector. Keywords: Competence, Compensation, Work Discipline, Employee Performance, Laundry.
