Abstract
The development of the SITUK (Integrated Competency Test Information System) application aims to provide an efficient and integrated digital platform for managing all stages of the competency test process, from participant registration to exam result assessment. The application is designed to facilitate all involved parties organizers, participants, and examiners by offering a user-friendly and responsive interface. SITUK enables online participant registration, structured exam question management, and fast, accurate assessment of exam results. Its key features include participant data management, question bank administration, online exam execution, automated grading, and comprehensive exam result reporting. The application is also equipped with robust security mechanisms to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of user data. In its development, the agile methodology was implemented to ensure system flexibility and adaptability to dynamic user needs. Testing and implementation of SITUK across several educational and training institutions yielded positive outcomes, including increased operational efficiency, improved assessment accuracy, and reduced time and cost required for the competency test process. Therefore, SITUK is expected to support the enhancement of quality and credibility of competency assessments across various sectors.
