Abstract
This internship project was conducted in the Production Department IIIB of PT Petrokimia Gresik and focused on evaluating key operational aspects of the phosphoric acid production process. The specific objectives of the assignment were to analyze and determine the efficiency of the scrubber system based on the F-volatilized ratio and F-absorption ratio, and analyze and assess the effectiveness of crystal modifier addition in improving the phosphoric acid production process. The results of this study provide insight into the performance of the scrubber unit in fluoride removal and the role of crystal modifiers in enhancing product quality and process efficiency.
