Abstract
Information technology has an important role in supporting operational needs, especially in data management and administration. Dinas Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata Provinsi Jawa Timur still uses manual methods for recording guest data and Task Order (SPT), which causes various obstacles, such as the risk of losing data, difficulty searching for data, and long management time. As a solution, a web-based information system was developed using the Laravel framework to integrate the management of guest data and tax returns in one centralized system. The development process uses waterfall methodology, starting from functional and non-functional requirements analysis, database and interface design, system implementation using Laravel, to testing to ensure the system runs according to user needs. The result of this system design is a website called Sistem Informasi Buku Tamu dan Surat Perintah Tugas (SIBUAS), a website-based system that facilitates the recording and management of guest data and SPT. This system successfully integrated guest book recording and making Task Order Letters (SPT) in one centralized system with three main features, namely Guest Book, SPT Form, and SPT History.
