Abstract
The era of globalization encourages economic development, one of which is through investment activities. The capital market has become an easily accessible means of investment, with stocks being the most sought-after instrument. In Indonesia, the Indonesia Stock Exchange serves as the official market for trading stocksand other financial instruments safely and is under the supervision of the OJK. The energy sector, particularly mining, plays a strategic rolein supporting the national economy thanks to its wealth of natural resources,such as nickel and tin, which contribute significantly to the global manufacturingand energy industries. This study uses a quantitative approach with purposive sampling techniqueson 40 energy companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchangein 2020-2023. After the sampling process, 10 companies were found tomeet the criteria for further research. Data processing used multiple analysis methods with the help of IBMSPSS 27.The results of the study show that the variables of capital structure,investment, and dividends do not contribute to changes instock prices of energy companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX)in 2020-2023.
