Abstract
This study aims to examine the influence of Corporate Social Responsibility and Good Corporate Governance on Firm Value, with Financial Performance serving as a mediating variable. The research employs a quantitative approach and uses a population of banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2021–2023 period. Data were analyzed using SPSS, and the sample was selected through purposive sampling, resulting in a final sample of 15 companies. The findings indicate that Financial Performance successfully mediates the relationship between Good Corporate Governance and Firm Value, but does not mediate the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility on Firm Value. The implications of this study suggest that companies should continue to strengthen the implementation and quality of CSR and GCG as a basis for shareholders in making investment decisions.
