Abstract
The development of financial technology in Indonesia has driven the increasing use of digital wallets (e-wallets), including DANA, which is widely used by Generation Z. The decision to use an e-wallet is influenced by several factors, particularly the completeness of service features and system security. This study was conducted to determine the influence of these two factors on the decision to use the DANA e-wallet among Generation Z in Surabaya. This study used a quantitative approach with a survey method of 100 Generation Z respondents, active DANA users. Data were collected through a questionnaire with a Likert scale of 1–5 and analyzed using Partial Least Squares (PLS) to test validity, reliability, and the relationships between the research variables. The results showed that service features and security had a positive and significant influence on the decision to use the DANA e-wallet. This finding confirms that the more comprehensive the features and the higher the level of security perceived by users, the greater the tendency of Generation Z to use DANA as a means of digital transactions.
