Abstract
Financial management behavior is a person's ability to manage, including planning, budgeting, auditing, controlling, managing, seeking, and storing daily financial funds. This study aims to analyze the influence of financial literacy, financial attitudes, and income on financial management behavior among Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Sidowungu Village, Gresik Regency. The population in this study comprises MSME actors in Sidowungu Village, Gresik Regency. The sample used in this study consisted of 80 respondents, determined using a non-probability sampling technique with Saturated Sampling. Data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the assistance of Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of the study indicate that financial literacy, financial attitudes, and income influence the financial management behavior of MSMEs. There is a relationship between high financial literacy, good financial attitudes, and good income, which tend to result in more regular cash flow management, transaction recording, and effective financial planning.
