Abstract

This study aims to analyze the management of amenities in Ketapanrame Tourism Village by applying the Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling(POAC) management framework. The background of the research lies in the importance of amenities as one of the key components of tourist attractions that influence visitor comfort and satisfaction. The study employed a qualitative method with data collection techniques including interviews, observations, and documentation. Research informants consisted of the Village Head, BUMDes Director, staff, and tourism unit managers. The findings indicate that amenity planning is conducted participatively through the preparation of an Annual Work Plan, management organization has a clear structure with division of tasks, implementation is carried out through coordination between BUMDes and the community, and control is maintained through regular evaluations and corrective actions for deficiencies. However, limitations remain in the capacity of facilities which are not yet proportional to the increasing number of visitors. The study concludes that amenity management in Ketapanrame Tourism Village is aligned with POAC principles but requires strengthening in capacity, diversification of facilities, and a more structured evaluation system.
