Abstract
Law enforcement against perpetrators of websites containing immoral content and child pornography has become a serious problem along with the development of information technology. Easy internet access is exploited by perpetrators to spread illegal content that damages morals and threatens children. There were 108,508 thousand complaints during 2024 regarding pornographic content to komdigi, therefore, it is necessary to strengthen digital supervision and accelerate investigations into illegal content. The purpose of this study is to analyze the implementation and obstacles to law enforcement against perpetrators of websites containing immoral content and child pornography in the East Java Regional Police area. Based on this, there are two problems, namely how to enforce the law against perpetrators of websites containing immoral content and child pornography can be accessed in the East Java Regional Police area and how to overcome obstacles in law enforcement against perpetrators of websites containing immoral content and child pornography can be accessed. This study uses a juridical-empirical method with a descriptive-analytical nature with a legislative approach, case studies, and comparative law, through interviews and observations to examine the issues raised in this study. Based on this, it can be concluded that law enforcement against websites containing immoral content and child pornography at the East Java Regional Police has been carried out in accordance with existing laws. However, challenges remain due to limited human resources and facilities, as well as the complexity of the crime methods. Many of the responses are repressive, necessitating stronger preventive measures. These efforts include legal reforms, increased digital forensic capacity, public education, and cross-border cooperation. Keywords: Law Enforcement, Child Protection; Pornography.
