Abstract

Legal aid settlement through a non-litigation process provides a solution to resolve legal problems quickly, easily, and at a low cost. As the Jombang District Attorney's Office (Kejajari) provides non-litigation legal aid, this process is typically used to find win-win solutions that benefit both parties. There are various non-litigation methods, such as mediation, negotiation, conciliation, and arbitration. This study aims to analyze the implementation of non-litigation legal aid in resolving legal problems between the Mojokerto Branch of BPJS Kesehatan and the business entity CV. Pangan Berkah Sentosa. The method used by the researcher is an empirical juridical approach through interviews with the parties involved. Keywords: Business Entity, Legal Aid, Jombang District Attorney's Office
