Abstract
This study was conducted in CV. Pelita Mandiri as a preliminary investigation of risks that may occur in its supply chain to improve its efficiency. By integrating the two methods, the analysis and risk mitigation can provide a clearer picture and be solution for the company. This study resulted in 15 priority risk agents, such as a change in the shipping schedule, the partner's transportation fleet is currently unavailable, raw materials are not stored at the right temperature, etc. From the priority risk agents, there are 17 recommended mitigation strategies such as arranging a production schedule with extra time to anticipate delays, ensuring the storage warehouse has the right temperature, monitoring fleet availability 1-2 weeks before the pickup schedule, etc. Additionally, there are 10 risk events caused by priority risk agents that are analyzed using a bow-tie diagram to determine their impact and related risk control measures.. Thus, risk agents can be mitigated with the right strategy and risk events can be controlled well by the company.
