Abstract
The Ngawi Regency Transportation Agency (DISHUB) is an implementing unit of the Regional Government in the transportation sector, located adjacent to the Kertonegoro Ngawi Bus Terminal, which has the potential to generate significant noise. This study aims to analyze noise levels, noise distribution patterns, and the impacts of noise on employees within the DISHUB office area. The research method employed direct observation using a Sound Level Meter (SLM) at five predetermined points, with measurements recorded every 5 seconds for 10 minutes, expressed in decibel A-weighted [dB(A)] units. The collected data were processed using Surfer Software to produce noise contour maps. The results indicated that the highest equivalent noise level (Leq) was 70.28 dB(A), recorded on Monday at point 5, exceeding the permissible noise quality standard. Control measures can be implemented by reducing sound transmission through the construction of concrete noise barriers combined with shrubs, and by reducing exposure at the receiver level using standardized personal protective equipment (PPE)
