Abstract
This study aims to identify the effect of local taxes, port service levies, the amount of goods flow through the port, and the export value of Tanjung Perak port on local revenue in Surabaya City. The data used in this study include local tax data, port service levies, the amount of goods flow through the port, the value of port exports and local revenue of Surabaya City. While the method for collecting data using secondary data using the time series method obtained from the Surabaya City BPKAD, PT Pelindo III, BPS Indonesia, and BPS West Java for the observation period 2021-2023. The analysis method used is the multiple linear regression method to determine the partial and simultaneous effect of local taxes, port service levies, the amount of goods flow through the port, and the export value of Tanjung Perak port on local revenue of Surabaya City. The results obtained from this study indicate that 1) Regional taxes have a significant positive effect on local revenue in the city of Surabaya in 2021-2023 by 95%, 2) The contribution of Tanjung Perak port service fees has a positive and significant effect on the local revenue of Surabaya City by 28%, 3) The amount of goods flow through the port has a positive and significant effect on the local revenue of Surabaya City but only by 0.000478%, 4) The value of port exports does not have a significant effect on local revenue, 5) Regional taxes, port service fees, the amount of goods flow through the port, and the value of Tanjung Perak port exports simultaneously (together) have a significant effect on the local revenue of Surabaya City.
