Abstract

This study aims to analyze the potential of Silowo Ecotourism located in Mandirejo Village, Merakurak Subdistrict, Tuban Regency, East Java. A descriptive qualitative approach was used, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings reveal that Silowo holds significant ecological assets, including clear spring water, sago vegetation, and a serene rural environment. Community participation, particularly through the Tourism Awareness Group (Pokdarwis), plays a central role in managing the area. Based on the analysis using the 6A framework (Attraction, Accessibility, Amenities, Available Packages, Activities, and Ancillary Services), several challenges remain, including limited tourist attractions, suboptimal infrastructure, lack of eco-friendly facilities, and insufficient support services and digital promotion. These findings illustrate the importance of improving supporting components of ecotourism to ensure the sustainability of the destination. Keywords: Ecotourism, 6A framework, tourism potential, community participation, Silowo.
