Abstract

Micro-enterprises play a significant role in the development and expansion of the national economy. The identified micro-enterprises are employment-oriented, as the small and medium enterprise sector contributes to providing employment opportunities and accommodating manpower. Coffee shops are one type of small business, owned by individuals or groups, that can facilitate Indonesians in obtaining employment and improve the economy. This study aims to determine the effect of working capital credit on the business profit of coffee shops, with respondents numbering 45 customers of Perumda Bank Gresik. This research is a quantitative study with data collection methods using questionnaires employing a Likert scale, analyzed with Simple Linear Regression Analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is an influence between working capital credit and coffee shop business profit, with the coefficient of determination (R-squared) showing a value of 0.711, meaning that the working capital credit variable is able to influence coffee shop business profit by 71.11%, while the remaining 29% is influenced by other variables not yet examined. Keywords: Working Capital Credit, Micro-enterprise, Business Profit, Coffee Shop
