Abstract

Company value is one of the key indicators of a company's performance; a high company value reflects investor confidence in the company’s future growth prospects. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of: (1) Profitability on Company value, (2) Liquidity on Company value, (3) Profitability on Company value through Capital Structure, and (4) Liquidity on Company value through Capital Structure in food and beverage sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study uses a quantitative approach with path analysis as the analytical method. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, with a total sample of 31 food and beverage sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2020 to 2023. The results of the study conclude that profitability contributes to company value. Liquidity contributes to company value. Profitability contributes to company value through capital structure. Liquidity also contributes to company value through capital structure
