Abstract

This internship report presents the documentation of experiences and learning outcomes gained through participation in the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) program at the Bagong Dam Construction Project Package II, Trenggalek Regency, East Java, under the authority of PT Pembangunan Perumahan (Persero). The report covers various crucial aspects involved in the execution of a large-scale construction project, particularly field insights at the Bagong Dam site. During the internship, participants gained understanding of the project's organizational structure, administrative procedures, labor law applications, heavy equipment operations, and waste management. Additionally, the internship provided exposure to the project's environmental and socio-economic impacts, grouting work stages, photogrammetry tasks, and soil nailing techniques. This comprehensive experience enhanced participants' knowledge and skills in ensuring project efficiency, structural stability, and environmental sustainability.
