Abstract
Concrete is a commonly used material in construction due to its high compressive strength and cost-effectiveness. However, in practice, discrepancies often occur between the actual compressive strength of concrete and the specified design strength. To minimize deviations in concrete quality, quality control measures are essential. This study aims to evaluate the accuracy of column concrete strength on a hotel construction project in Lumajang in accordance with SNI 2847:2019, and to identify the key factors influencing the accuracy of concrete strength. Compressive strength test results were analyzed using the Statistical Process Control (SPC) method to assess compliance with the design strength. Additionally, the Relative Importance Index (RII) method was employed to analyze the factors influencing concrete strength accuracy. The results indicate that the actual concrete strength exceeds the design strength (> 30 MPa), with the highest recorded strength reaching 36.5 MPa, representing a positive deviation of +22% from the design strength. The lowest recorded strength was 31.85 MPa, with a positive deviation of +6%. The most influential factor affecting the accuracy of concrete strength, based on RII analysis, is the water-cement ratio, with an RII value of 0.954.
