Abstract

Improving operational efficiency and the quality of educational services in schools requires the design of an integrated information system. However, SMAN 16 Surabaya faces various challenges in managing its operational aspects, particularly due to the lack of a structured and adequate system to support the digitalization process. This thesis aims to design an enterprise architecture using the TOGAF ADM framework as a solution to address these issues. The research process was conducted through systematic methodological stages, including literature review, data collection, and architecture development according to the organization's needs. These stages include the preliminary phase, architecture vision, business architecture, information systems architecture, technology architecture, as well as opportunities & solutions. This research produces a blueprint design for technology and information systems that includes a list of system requirements and application candidates identified for each business process to optimally support school operations.
