Abstract
Agrotourism in Indonesia has developed significantly and continues to grow. As an agricultural country with various climates and fertile soil, Indonesia offers a variety of interesting agro-tourism destinations to be explored by local and foreign tourists. Community-based agrotourism is an approach that emphasizes active participation and direct benefits for local communities in the development and management of agricultural tourism activities. Brenjonk Organic Village is an interesting example of a local initiative in Indonesia that combines organic farming with sustainable tourism. The main focus of this research is to identify how natural and human resources are managed, as well as tourist attractions in Brenjonk Organic Village. The aim of this research is to analyze how tourism is developed in Brenjonk Organic Village. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. Data collection was carried out by observation, interviews and documentation. The research results show that local community participation still needs to be increased, however, in its development, Brenjonk Organic Village always involves community participation because it is in accordance with the concept, namely community-based.
