Abstract

Judul Pabrik Sistem operasi : Kontinyu Waktu operasi : 330 hari/tahun ; 24 jam/hari Luas tanah : 20.000 m2 Lokasi pabrik : Desa Jatimlerek, Kec. Plandaan, Kabupaten Jombang, Jawa Timur Jumlah karyawan : 194 orang Bentuk perusahaan : Perseroan Terbatas (PT) Struktur organisasi : Garis dan staff Perencanaan Pabrik Dextrose Monohydrate dari Tepung Tapioka dengan Proses Hidrolisis Asam ini direncanakan dengan kapasitas produksi sebesar 80.000 ton/tahun layak didirikan. Dextrose Mohohydrate merupakan bahan kimia yang banyak digunakan dalam industri makanan dan minuman sebagai pemanis pada produk. Secara singkat uraian proses dari pabrik dextrose monohydrate sebagai berikut : pertama – tama tepung tapioka di campur dengan air dan kemudian di tambahkan HCl dan dipanaskan sehingga terbentuk larutan dextrose. Larutan dextrose kemudian dipekatkan menggunakan evaporator, dikristalkan menggunakan crystallizer dan dikeringkan menggunakan rotary dryer lalu diseragamkan ukurannya menggunakan ball mill dan siap untuk dipasarkan.
