Abstract
ABSTRACT The development of digitalization-based technology in the business sector is very necessary and has become very attractive. The quality of a product or service continues to be developed online via the internet. The Tiket.com company which operates in the online travel agent (OTA) sector is under the auspices of PT Global Tiket Network. Tiket.com is the second top brand index after Traveloka with a similar index from year to year, namely experiencing a decline from 2022 to 2023. The research is intended to determine the influence of E-Service Quality and E-Trust on Repurchase Intention of Tiket.com users in Surabaya. The approach used is a quantitative approach. The population is Tiket.com users. Meanwhile, the research sample is Tiket.com users in Surabaya. The researchers determined the use of non-probability sampling techniques with purposive sampling techniques. Researchers used a questionnaire distributed to 130 respondents aged 17-35 who were in Surabaya. The data obtained will be analyzed using SmartPLS 3.0. The research results show that E-Service Quality has a significant positive influence on Repurchase Intention, E-Trust has a significant positive influence on Repurchase Intention, and E-Service Quality and E-Trust have a significant positive influence on Repurchase Intention.
