Abstract

As time goes by, technology continues to create various innovations, one of wich is mobile banking, wich is an application that makes it easier for users to make online transactions via smartphones. In the implementation of BNI mbole banking, there are several problems, one of which is the low level of user trust caused by the lack of convinience in using the application. Various problems experienced by BNI mobile banking users, such as the frequent automatic exit of the application before the transaction is completed or the appearance of many bugs after the update will be a factor affecting the level of trust. The purpose of this study was to evaluate trust in mobile banking user satisfaction using the DeLone and McLean model. The variables used in this study are System Quality, Information Quality, Service Quality, Structural Assurance, Trust, Task Characteristic, and User Satisfaction. The sample data used were 400 respondents who live in Surabaya and were analyzed using the SEM-PLS method. The analysis results show that the trust variable has a significant influence on the User Satisfaction variable. Task Characteristic and Structural Assurance variables have a significant effect on User Satisfaction variables. While the System Quality, Information Quality, and Service Quality variables have a positive but insighnificant effect on the trust variable. Then the variable relationship that has a strong effect on the User Satisfaction variable is the trust variable with an original sample value of 0.577. the higher the user’s, the more satisfied the user is using mobile banking.
