Abstract
This study aims to assess the influence of the village financial system (SISKEUDES), internal control, and transparency on village financial report management in Tanggulangin District, Sidoarjo. Effective management of village finances is essential to uphold transparency and accountability in the public sector. Employing a quantitative approach and Partial Least Squares (PLS) analysis, data were gathered from 72 respondents across 18 villages. The results indicate that internal control and transparency significantly impact the management of village financial reports, whereas SISKEUDES does not show a significant effect, possibly due to limitations in human resource capabilities. The study recommends strengthening internal control and transparency practices within village governance to improve financial reporting.
