Abstract
This research is a quantitative research that aims to analyze the influence of the role, performance of agricultural extension and land on rice production with the location in Cangkringsari Village, Sukodono District, Sidoarjo Regency. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with the criteria of self-owned land farmers. The number of farmers used in the study amounted to 55 people. The research analysis technique used Structural Equation Model Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) with SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results showed that the role of agricultural extension workers obtained a T-statistic value of 2.103> 1.96 or a P-value of 0.018 <0.05 and a path coefficient value of 0.207 which means that the role of agricultural extension workers has a positive and significant effect on rice production; the performance of agricultural extension workers obtained a T-statistic value of 3.950>1.96 or P-values 0.000<0.05 and a path coefficient value of 0.518 which means the performance of agricultural extension workers has a positive and significant effect on rice production; and land obtained a T-statistic value of 2.176>1.96 or P-values 0.015<0.05 and a path coefficient value of 0.262 which means land has a positive and significant effect on rice production.
