Abstract
Economic growth is a crucial factor for a country's well-being. Various elements, such as financial globalization and foreign direct investment (FDI), play roles in either promoting or hindering economic growth. Global financial uncertainty, including exchange rate and interest rate fluctuations, as well as unstable global economic conditions, can impact the Indonesian economy, particularly during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study aims to analyze the effect of financial globalization uncertainty and foreign direct investment on economic growth in Indonesia using a flow of funds accounting approach. The data used are secondary data from 2020 to 2022. The results indicate that financial globalization uncertainty does not have a significant impact on economic growth in Indonesia, while foreign direct investment has a positive and significant effect. These findings suggest that policies supporting foreign direct investment should be a priority to aid recovery and future economic growth.
