Abstract
The company's stock price moves up and down following the treatment of investors in the capital market in selling and buying. Investors' decisions when investing their capital depend on the company's performance which can be observed through fundamental financial analysis. The fluctuation of stock prices in basic materials sector companies with a downward trend is thought to be due to the company's financial performance. Thus, this study was conducted to determine the impact of the leverage ratio, market ratio, and dividend policy on the stock prices of basic materials sector companies on the IDX in 2018-2022. This study utilizes existing data (secondary), namely financial reports with documentation techniques to collect data. This study observed 15 basic materials sector companies on the IDX as samples taken using purposive sampling techniques. Then, the data was analyzed using multiple linear regression through the SPSS program. The results of the study stated that 1) The Leverage Ratio does not contribute to stock prices. 2) The Market Ratio contributes to stock prices. 3) Dividend policy contributes to the stock prices of basic materials companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.
