Abstract
The potential expansion of the footwear area in the country is closely related to the advancement of the population and global fashion. Each company sells footwear with various brands, prices, and benefits and can lead to intense competition between companies. However, Carvil products experience fluctuations in consumer interest in making purchasing considerations and there are product reviews in the form of negative comments on the quality and price of their products. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the effect of product quality and price perceptions on purchasing decisions for Carvil products in Surabaya. This research is classified as quantitative research, accumulating data through the use of questionnaires. There were 100 respondents in the sample set. The sample was taken by applying nonprobability sampling techniques and purposive sampling techniques. The data analysis method in this study is SEM-PLS with validity, reliability, and hypothesis testing. The research results prove that (1) Product Quality contributes to the Purchasing Decision of Carvil products in Surabaya. (2) Price Perception contributes to the Purchasing Decision of Carvil products in Surabaya.
