Abstract

There have been many developments in the traditional salt-making process. One good innovation method to accelerate the salt making process is Spray Technology. However, spray technology is certainly still undergoing development. There are still many things that can be developed so that this spray technology can be a technology that can accelerate the salt production process in a fairly short time. Especially in the process of increasing Baume levels. Spray technology still needs to be reassessed, especially on the amount of spray used and the size of the seawater discharge that will be evaporated. Therefore, in this research, a reassessment will be carried out related to this on a larger scale of spray technology so that it can be a method of accelerating the salt production process that helps salt farmers to produce salt efficiently in a fairly short time.
