Abstract

The study aims of find the best type and dosage of manure for the growth and yeild of long beans plants. The research was condected from May to July 2023 on dry land of Tulungrejo Village, Karangrejo District, Tulungagung Regency, East Jawa Province. The research was between 7° 51' and 8° 81' South Latitude and 111 43' to 112° 07' East Longitude. This study used a factorial experiment with a completely redominzed designed (CRD) with two factors. The first factor is the type of cow, goat, and chicken manure. The second factor of the dosage of manure 10, 20, 30, and 40 tons per hectare. The results showed that the combination of type and dosage of manure signifikan interacted with the average pod length, total pod weight per plant, and plant length at 29 and 36 day after planting (DAP). The combination treatment of cow manure with dosage 20 tons/hectare produced the best growth and yield of long bean plant compered with to other combinations.
