Abstract
Agricultural commodities include food crops, horticulture, forestry, plantations, livestock and fisheries. One of the agricultural commodities that has the potential to be cultivated and developed is horticultural commodities. Respondents in this study were divided into two, namely companies providing organic vegetables and distributors. The method for determining respondents for each party is the Organic Vegetable Supply Company CV. Reja Mayur The selection of respondents was carried out using a purposive sampling method, namely understanding the condition of the lettuce organic vegetable supply chain well. Asset attributes are the ability to utilize assets productively. Shows that the average ability of farmers to convert supplies/products into cash has achieved the best performance because the cash to cash cycle time value for only supply chain I is 16.9 days, less than 20 days (superior benchmark), indicating that it is in a superior position . And supply chain II is 24.9 days which requires a cash-to-cash time of more than 20 days. The faster the time required for the process of paying and receiving payment for products, the better the company's supply chain. Keywords: analysis, supply chain, becnhmark, organic vegetables
