Abstract
Indonesia is a rich country and has many potential natural resources in various sectors that can be utilized to meet economic needs and the needs of its people. One of them is the natural resources of oil and natural gas which are the main energy sources for the Indonesian nation. Today, energy consumption is increasing along with the increasing human need for energy. This increase is also accompanied by the development of science and technology. This development causes us to be more open to existing changes, one example is the development in the industrial world which also results in increasingly tight competition in the world of work. Therefore, human resources are needed who are professional in their fields and can master technology in the industrial field, especially in the field of chemical engineering.
