Abstract

Water is the main need for human life. Because two-thirds of the human body is filled with water. Human activities that drain fluids, one of which is sweat, make humans need to continue to consume fluids. Gapura Surya Nusantara Passenger Terminal provides ready-to drink tap water for passengers so that passengers are not dehydrated. However, the ready-to drink tap water at the Gapura Surya Nusantara Passenger Terminal has the wrong installation so it cannot be consumed. This study uses a field survey method with evaluation so as to find the right design so that ready-to-drink tap water can be reused. The results of the study separate the water tanks and pipes for domestic services and consumption water services. The results of the ready-to-drink tap water quality test show a number that meets drinking water quality standards in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia Number 492/MENKES/PER/IV/2010 in article 3 number 1.
