Abstract

Most breeders in the Wonosari Livestock Farmer Group have not fully ultilized the cow manure. They focus on the production of milk produced by dairy cows, cow feed, and cow dung stored as fuel, namely biogas. However, cow manure filtrate taken from cow manure can be used as liquid fertilizer for plants. The purpose of writing this article is to describe the processing of liquid fertilizer from cow manure. The method used in this article is an experimental method for experiments on making organic fertilizers and supported by litetature studies. Based on the experiments, it was found that the Wonosari Livestock Farmers Group can utilize and process cow manure waste into liquid fertilizer that has economic value and can be traded both to fellow members of the organization and to farmers outside the organization.
