Abstract

Effective and transparent financial management is an important aspect of mosque management. General Ahmad Yani's mosque needs a financial management information system that can improve efficiency and accuracy in recording financial transactions as well as facilitate access to information for managers and governors. The research uses a waterfall method that covers the phases of needs analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The system was developed using the Laravel framework and the MySQL database. The results of the research show that the built financial management information system is capable of improving the efficiency and transparency of the financial management of the mosque. The process of recording incomes and expenditures has become faster and more accurate, and financial statements are easily and transparently accessible by stakeholders. The implementation of this system has successfully helped the manager of General Ahmad Yani's mosque in managing the finances more effectively and transparently. Testing using the System Usability Scale (SUS) involved five mosque respondents showing an average score of 72.5, which indicates that the system has a good level of usability. The research concludes that the system developed meets the financial management needs of the mosque well and can serve as a basis for further development in the future.
