Abstract
The background of this study is that there are several shortcomings in the business process experienced by the owner of the Mahmudah residence, such as the less updated boarding house information process, and payments for renting housing are still manual. The purpose of this study is to design a rental website for boarding house and rental housing Mahmudah that can help boarding house and rental house owners and tenants in providing rental information by providing information services that include data management related to rentals, starting from recording orders, implementing rental transactions, to services to facilitate consumers of housing within the scope of the Mahmudah Residence rental. The development method used uses the Waterfall method as a research method. Using Laravel as a framework and MySql as a database. Blackbox testing is used to test the function of the Mahmudah website and the Usability Scale System (SUS) is used as an evaluation tool to measure the usability of the website. The website of the Mahmudah Residence uses features such as payment integration with Midtrans to increase the ease and security of transactions. The test results show a SUS usability score of 75. These results can be concluded that your boarding house and housing rental website is in the good category for use.
