Abstract

The intention to use cashless payment systems in Surabaya is hindered by several factors, including financial literacy, social influence, and financial self-efficacy. This study aims to ascertain the likelihood of using cashless payment by utilizing financial literacy as a moderating factor. This study's methodology uses a quantitative approach. The Z generation in Surabaya, which is 17 years old, is the sample population for this study. Simple random sampling is sampling method employed, and the sample size is one hundred individuals. Primary data is the term used for the type of data that is used. Fuzzy analysis is used in data entry with the WarpPls software tool. Research indicates that intentions to use cashless payment are positively influenced by financial self-efficacy and positively impacted by social influence.
