Abstract

CV. BIMA LARAS KHATULISTIWA is a business engaged in the sale of cooking oil, namely with the brand Our Oil produced by PT.X. In distributing Our Oil to customers, CV. BIMA LARAS KHATULISTIWA serves customer requests in Surabaya City and in Sidoarjo City with a total order for Cooking Oil in 2023 of 2,078 boxes by 44 customers; and with a fleet capacity of one pickup car with a capacity of approximately 200 boxes per delivery. By considering the limited fleet capacity, CV BIMA LARAS KHATULISTIWA faces challenges that hinder efficiency in its distribution process, namely the limited fleet of pickup cars that can handle all customer requests in Surabaya City and Sidoarjo City in one trip. In overcoming the distribution problems faced by CV. BIMA LARAS KHATULISTIWA, it can be solved by using the concept of Data Mining with the Simulated Annealing method. The purpose of this study is to determine the optimal total mileage of cooking oil distribution. The results stated that the total mileage of the optimal cooking oil distribution was 219.87 km
