Abstract
This research aims to test and prove that there is an influence between integrity and morality on fraud prevention in the management of village funds in villages in Tulangan District, Sidoarjo Regency. The population in this study consisted of 190 village officials in 22 villages in Tulangan District. This research uses quantitative methods as a research method. The supporting factor for this research is the existence of village fund corruption cases that occurred in two villages in Tulangan District, namely in Kemantren Village in 2020 and in Janti Village in 2022. Meanwhile, Tulangan District is in third place as the district receiving village fund allocations. the highest and occupies the third position as the sub-district with the largest number of villages in Sidoarjo Regency. The sampling technique used is a purposive sampling technique which is based on certain criteria. From this sampling, 19 villages in Tulangan District were obtained which could be used as research samples. Data analysis in this study used multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 27 software. The results of this study show that integrity has a significant effect on fraud prevention. Meanwhile, morality does not have a significant effect on fraud prevention. This research has implications for all village governments in Tulangan District regarding input and considerations related to efforts to prevent fraud in managing village funds
