Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of profitability, leverage, and liquidity ratios on financial distress in manufacturing companies in various industrial sectors listed on the IDX in 2019-2022. The population used in this study uses the object of Manufacturing Companies in the Miscellaneous Industrial Sector in 2019-2022. The method used is a quantitative method using secondary data. The sample selection method used was purposive sampling so that it produced 38 companies with 152 research data. The analysis technique in this study is panel data regression analysis. The results show that profitability has a significant positive effect on financial distress, leverage has a significant negative effect on financial distress, and liquidity has no effect on financial distress.
