Abstract

This research investigates the relationship between corporate social responsibility disclosure and audit committee expertise on the integrity of financial statements. The study focuses on mining companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange from 2019 to 2022. The sampling technique uses puposive sampling and there are 33 companies registered during 2019-2022. Data testing was carried out using multiple linear regression method. The results of this study show that corporate social responsibility and audit committees with expertise influence the integrity of financial statements. This shows that the better the implementation of CSR and corporate governance, the company's financial statements are undoubtedly for their integrity.
