Abstract
The success of HIPPA in managing agricultural irrigation can have an impact on the success of farming with high crop productivity and can open up rural employment opportunities in both the agricultural and non-agricultural sectors for rural families. This research aims to analyze the profile of HIPPA, the benefits of HIPPA for members based on 3 indicators, namely social, economic and farming, and analyze the performance of HIPPA as well as efforts to maintain or improve HIPPA to support agribusiness activities. This research was conducted in Karangtinoto Village, Rengel District, Tuban Regency. The number of respondents taken was 93 members and 26 administrators using the Slovin method. The research method used is descriptive analysis and Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) analysis. The research results show that 1) Profile of HIPPA Tirtotinoto, benefits of HIPPA for members and administrators, relationships formed within HIPPA, and expectations of members and administrators 2) Performance of HIPPA Tirtotinoto 3) Efforts to improve HIPPA to support agribusiness activities.
